Job Description
The successful candidate will be a polished IT Subject Matter Expert, who will bring strong leadership and experience in technology infrastructure and architecture. The responsibilities are:

To direct technology innovation across the organization. Working collaboratively with the Product Excellence Team, he/she will be responsible for the identification, planning and deployment of new technologies.

Review product performance against expectations and facilitate or influence changes to product portfolio to improve competitive position and optimal product performance.

To anticipate client needs and proactively develops solutions to meet them.

To work extensively with HealthCare standards like HL7, EDI and technologies used in PMS (Practice Management System) and other integrated systems as per HIPAA compliance.

Prepare Business Requirement Document, Use Cases and tracking the product from the conception to the deployment stage.

To manage and prioritize the change requests and defects obtained from the implementation of the products at the client site and track them to closure.

Manage delivery through the engineering team for various project development including:

	Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software application.
	Sub-Clinical Document Management System.
	Practice Management System (PMS) software application.
	EDI and HL7 broker development, integration & customization.
	To develop and upgrade the software applications for internal usage: E.g. Medical Billing, Medical Transcription, Medical coding, tracking etc.

To monitor the IT Infrastructure team and production environment of critical business applications and do root cause analysis of the issues found in Production and ensures the quality of the applications.

To hold Status calls with the business stake holders on the issues found in Production and provide their resolution.

To prepare weekly / monthly / quarterly SLA / metrics reporting

To establish processes, SOPs, streamlining workflow and creating team work environment.

To maintain knowledge of current competitive products, and keeping abreast of the latest technological trends.

To work with the management team in planning and managing company resources to execute product components from design phase through implementation.

Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.

Develop project plans and manage resources for long-term platform features, as well as quick-turn prototypes and demos.

Desired Profile

	Must have atleast 15-18 year’s success in leading product engineering in the healthcare industry.
	8+ years of software programming experience with C#, ASP.NET and SQL Server, JavaScript, HTML, etc… Experience working with TFS, MVC, Silverlight, WCF, and C++, UML, Design Patterns is preferred.
	5+ years of experience leading software development teams (Scrum and/or Agile methodologies)
	BE/B.Tech university engineering degree.
	Background in a Clinical, Laboratory, Hospital or Healthcare based setting is preferred. Knowledge of HL7 and/or DICOM is a preferred
	Working experience of Healthcare domain- Revenue Cycle Management, Electronic Medical Records, Electronic Health Records, Patient Portals, Practice Management System, Meaningful Usage etc.
	Working knowledge of HIPAA compliance and EDI transaction files in 4010/5010 format.
	Excellent knowledge of product lifecycle, tools, processes, and operations planning.
	Can confirm to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
	Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products.
	Expertise in Problem solving and Tracking Bug Reports using Bug tracking Tools.
	Ability to understand functional requirements analysis & design documents.
	Experience in initiating successful product development based upon industry trends and needs.
