Release of UB-92 Facility Based Billing Engine

MD Synergy, Inc. is pleased to announce the release of the UB-92 facility based billing module within the Synerios application. The UB-92 claims entry screen allows users to input all relevant facility based billing information and generate a standard HCFA 1550 paper form. The UB-92 claim is stored automatically and all payment data is transferred to the patient's appropriate insurance payer accounts. The UB-92 module is being offered to all existing MD Synergy customers free of charge.

Each year the MGMA Annual Conference attracts some 5000 people during its four day conventions. The annual conference is "an educational program for administrators, managers, executives, physicians and physician leaders, nurses, health administrations students and faculty, business accounting professionals and other business professionals involved in managing a medical practice."

MD Synergy is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Kevin Sayer to its Board of Directors as of September 19, 2005. Mr. Sayer is a seasoned healthcare executive and brings with him a wealth of knowledge in financial operations, laboratory services and information systems.

Kevin R. Sayer recently served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Specialty Labs SP (NYSE), a clinical reference laboratory services company, from April 2004 to May 2005 and was interim CEO from February 2005 through May 2005. From 1994 to 2001, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Minimed, Inc., a publicly traded medical device company focused on diabetes management. During his tenure at Minimed, Mr. Sayer managed multiple financing and strategic transactions and played a central role in the 2001 acquisition of Minimed, Inc., by Medtronic, Inc., a leader in developing solutions for diabetes. From 2001 to 2002, he co-led the integration team for the newly combined entity and assumed executive responsibilities over operations as vice president and general manager of Medtronic Minimed's External Pump and Disposable Product business unit. Mr. Sayer began his career in public accounting and from 1983 to 1994 held various positions at Ernst & Young. He graduated from Brigham Young University in 1983 with concurrent bachelor and master degrees in Accounting and Information Systems, and is a certified public accountant.

Release of File Management System

MD Synergy, Inc. is pleased to announce the release of the File Management System (FMS) integrated within the Synerios application. The FMS is an entirely on-line document/image capture and storage module leveraging TWAIN compliant devices. Within each practice, users can upload or scan any type of document or image source and maintain these files on-line within the Synerios system. These files are catalogued under each patient and are backed up daily and supported with disaster planning and recovery protocols that meet all HIPAA guidelines. The FMS also offers comprehensive edit and management functionalities.
The FMS is being offered to all existing MD Synergy customers free of charge for up to 100 megabytes of storage per practice. Those offices that require additional storage space can request for as much as they need for a nominal monthly charge. In addition, should a practice wish to digitize all of their existing charts, Synerios has formed relationships with established 3rd party document scanning companies. All of the old paper charts for any medical practice can be scanned and catalogued for a discounted setup price and maintained for a nominal monthly charge.

MD Synergy, Inc. is pleased to announce the release of the Automated Appointment Confirmation System (ACS). The ACS system is an "Automated" system that will confirm a medical practices' upcoming appointment calendar by electronically calling patients 24-48 hours prior to their scheduled visit.
The ACS system provides a variety of outgoing messages and supports various languages. It will leave messages on answering machines or voice mails. If it encounters a busy signal or there is no answer, the system will re-dial your patient multiple times. When your patient does answer, the system will ask them to either Confirm their appointment, Cancel, or request a Call Back from your office. These individual responses will then be noted on your appointment book.

This development effort has taken years to design and develop specifically for the outpatient clinical practice. The charting module is driven off of a continually expanding knowledge base of medical problems. In addition, it is supported by a sophisticated administrative module, an intuitive user interface engine and a versatile medical problem editor. Before joining MD Synergy, Mr. Bradley spent most of his professional career on Wall Street in the financial marketing field. He was a consultant to several foreign companies and to the three major U.S. banks that sponsor those companies' listings on the New York Stock Exchange. As Director of International Equity Marketing at Morgan Stanley from 1997 to 2001, Mr. Bradley oversaw the distribution and dissemination of the firm's international research and strategy to its brokerage unit and a varied list of institutional clients. As a marketing director at Dean Witter (1994 - 1996) he established a very successful sales and trading operation in a sleepy corner of the financial market called closed-end funds. Art has also managed the Mutual Fund Marketing and Sales Support effort at PaineWebber (1989 - 1993) before its merger with United Bank of Switzerland (UBS). Mr. Bradley received his B.A. in Economics from New York University. After living in New York, Europe and Japan, he and his family have settled in Manhattan Beach, California.

Expanded ERA - Electronic Payment Posting

MD Synergy, Inc. is pleased to announce the expanded release of our Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) automated payment posting module in the Synerios practice management system. Previously, Synerios provided automated posting only for California Medicare payments. With the continuing adoption of HIPAA standards, Synerios can now offer expanded ERA posting for a growing list of both government and commercial insurance carriers. The ERA module utilizes the ANSI 4010A1 835 transmission format consistent with HIPAA regulations.
Currently, over a dozen insurance carriers applicable to the California healthcare market supports ERA posting. It is anticipated that in the coming months, the vast majority of applicable insurance carriers will offer ERA posting. Synerios is providing the expanded ERA module to our customers with unlimited posting for a flat monthly fee. Over two dozen MD Synergy practices have already signed up for the expanded ERA offering.

The workshop was sponsored by the Business of Medicine Committee of the District IX chapter of ACOG. The workshop began with a lecture on Coding Challenges for the Ob/Gyn practice. This was followed with a lecture by Dr. Arthur Lurvey, Medical Director of Medicare Part A on the CMS Audit process. The final lecture was given by Dr. Leo Alonzo, President of MD Synergy, and was on the evaluation of technology for the medical practice. The workshop concluded with an open forum and was attended by over 60 participants representing physicians, office managers, and billers from a variety of Ob/Gyn medical practices throughout Southern California.

Over the course of the past two years, MD Synergy has painstakingly remodeled the Synerios application to maintain utmost compliance. In April of 2003, the Privacy policies that were enforceable were communicated to all of our clients and vendors. In October of 2003, the claims generation user interface on Synerios was re-designed to capture all of the additional fields for successful claims submission. Finally, in preparation for April of 2005, Security guidelines are also being refined to ensure full compliance within the designated time frame.
Working intimately with its major third party claims processing vendors including Proxymed (Nasdaq:PILL) and the various Independent Physician Associations (IPAs), MD Synergy has devoted significant resources and time to migrate towards the full ANSI 4010A1 - 837 claims transmission. As of April 12, 2004, MD Synergy is pleased to announce that our claims processing is fully on the 837 format.

MD Synergy, Inc. is pleased to announce that Mr. Stan Zicklin has agreed to assume the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of MD Synergy, Inc. as of April 15th, 2003. Dr. Leo Alonzo will remain as President and Founder of MD
Synergy, Inc.
As the MD Synergy story continues to unfold and the company rapidly grows, the completion of the management team at MD Synergy became a priority for the 2003 Board of Directors. The position of Chief Executive Officer was
voluntarily vacated by Dr. Alonzo in order for him to focus on the business development, product development, marketing, and research divisions within the company. With the conclusion of a successful investment round in 2002-03 and
the launching of a national sales and marketing campaign, Dr. Alonzo recommended that the Board identify and attract a qualified individual with the title & responsibilities of Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Zicklin who has been
an active shareholder and board member for the past two years was recommended and asked by Dr. Alonzo to assume this challenging role, which Mr. Zicklin accepted on April 15th, 2003.
Mr. Zicklin brings with him an expertise in sales, operations and finance. He had a successful background in managing a national sales force for a public company; he worked as an independent investment manager and was most recently
a Senior Vice-President for Salomon Smith Barney. When asked about his new found role, Mr. Zicklin commented, "We have a great team, and we will build a great company."
According to Dr. Alonzo, "I am pleased at the unanimous Board approval of my recommendation of Mr. Zicklin as the new CEO of MD Synergy. We have been successful because of our team approach and having someone like Stan come

The event, which attracted over 70 participants, featured a hosted buffet dinner and cocktail reception followed by a short presentation on the history and mission of MD Synergy by the President/CEO, Dr. Leo Alonzo. Following the
presentation was a hands-on demonstration of the company's latest application release of its premier on-line practice management system, Synerios. A question & answer session immediately followed the presentation and a customer
satisfaction survey was handed out to encourage direct and anonymous participation from all clients.
According to one participant, Dr. Mark Weiss, "This is an incredible event. I've never had a software vendor invite me and my staff to a function just to hear what criticisms and recommendations that we have about their product
and company. No question, we've found a long-term partner in MD Synergy."

corporate office facilities has been in the planning stages for nearly 3 months and included an upgrade of phone systems, local wireless computer networks and enhanced server capabilities. In addition, this favorable 5 year lease
agreement has taken into account any additional physical plant requirements for the foreseeable future.

practice management system. Over the past 11 months, MD Synergy has continued to design, develop and deploy its' practice management system throughout Southern California. As of December 2, 2002, the company has achieved the
milestone of activating our 100th client practice. The activation of this client also demonstrates the broad specialty range of the Synerios application, which at this point is servicing 38 various medical specialties.

This dinner presentation which took place during the annual CMA leadership workshop at La Quinta featured "invitation only" presentations by "best of breed" medical service vendors. The MD Synergy presentation
given by its President/CEO, Dr. Leo Alonzo, reflected the company's history, successes, milestones and business model accompanied by a demonstration of our on-line practice management system, Synerios, to the committee for Solo and
Small Group Practices.
The purpose of the presentation was for the CMA leadership to identify "best of breed" service solutions to offer to the CMA membership through as yet to be defined partnerships and/or collaboration projects. At the end of
the presentation, the committee members offered an engaging question and answer session which included several strong individual client interests towards MD Synergy's product and services.
