We are looking to hire a dynamic Sales Representative ready to become an integral part of a new, iOS/iPad based, game-changing EHR which is very intuitive to use. This person will need excellent customer relationship and presentation skills.
As a member of the EHR Sales Team, you will be responsible for increasing sales as well as maintaining relationships with current customers who utilize MD Synergy products and services in their environment. Your goal is to maximize revenue by creating new business and further developing existing business. In this position, you create your own destiny as we have no caps on your earnings potential!
Create new revenue opportunities by educating our existing MD Synergy clients and other prospects about this game changing EHR
Conduct in person demos of the EHR to physicians and physicians’ staff to create excitement about the product and related services
Conduct high volume prospecting (50-60 calls, emails or Tweets per day) to qualify leads and prospects
Qualify prospects' needs and effectively map them to MD Synergy’s offerings
Work closely with the team and marketing to implement strategy and process
Consistently achieve (and exceed!) quarterly quotas and goals
Conduct yourself professionally and cast MD Synergy in a positive light
Plans and conducts the overall growth and revenue retention strategy
Aggressively identify, target and close new business deals
Meets or exceeds annual revenue targets, client retention goals for assigned provider markets/accounts
Proactively manages and supports directly assigned accounts
Adept communicator with the ability to think on their feet and effectively engage clients/prospects
Direct sales experience in Software Technology, (Healthcare/Healthcare IT sales preferred)
A proven record of high achievement
Intellectual agility and natural curiosity
Excellent computer skills
College Degree, or equivalent experience
Strong verbal and written/presentation skills
Ability to learn and absorb material quickly
Attention to details; organized and metric driven
Professional acumen
Be passionate in something! Doesn’t have to be an EHR

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, information systems or area of expertise
Prior experience in rapidly growing technology company
MS Office skills that include, Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and Project
