What iPad do we need?
What iPad do we need?

Any recent iPad running a modern version of iPadOS will work. Most practices use a standard iPad mounted in a kiosk stand in the reception area, patients walk up to it and check themselves in. You don’t need proprietary hardware, and you don’t need a dedicated device per provider, one kiosk stand handles your whole patient flow.

How long does it take to go live?

Most practices are up and running the same day. Install the kiosk app on your iPad, enable secure kiosk mode, configure the forms and payment options you want to collect, and your next patient can check in digitally.

What if a patient prefers the front desk?
